Check your bill
Am I overpaying for fuel?
Find out yourself in fifteen minutes. Take last month's fuel statement and work through the four steps below.
Most small fleets have never done this. The number at the end is your real price per litre, including everything you were charged to get it.
Step 1
Work out your real price per litre
Add up every litre you bought last month. Add up what you paid in total, fees included. Divide the money by the litres. That number is what you actually pay, not what the sign said.
Step 2
Find every line that is not fuel
Go down the statement and mark anything that is not diesel. Card fees, transaction fees, monthly fees, statement fees, minimum charges. Add them up and look at the total for the year.
Step 3
Mark the out-of-network fills
Any fill outside your program's network is usually priced differently from the ones inside it. Count how many of your fills were outside, and what those litres cost you.
Step 4
Compare it to what you thought
Put your real price per litre next to the price you believed you were paying. The gap between those two numbers is what this exercise is for.
Your bill. Your check. Your number.
The app
How do I find the cheapest diesel near me?
Our fuel app shows the cheapest locations within a distance you choose of where the driver is standing right now.
It comes with your account. We send the links when you sign up, so there is nothing to buy and no separate subscription.
Near where you are
Set the distance you are willing to go. The app lists what is inside it, cheapest first.
Prices, not guesses
Your driver decides where to stop on the price, before pulling in, not after.
On the route you run
Works alongside the location list we email you every day with your prices.
Straight answer
Why are you giving this away?
Because we think most small fleets overpay for fuel, and nobody believes that until they see their own number.
When you see it, you decide what to do next. Some people use the check and fix it with the card program they already have. That is fine. We would rather you knew.
Did the number surprise you?
Send us last month's bill and we will tell you what the same fuel would have cost on our card. If it is not worth switching, we will say so.
