What is the ZyloFuel card?

The ZyloFuel card is a fuel card for trucking companies in Canada. Your drivers fuel at truck stops and cardlocks, and your trucks get fleet pricing instead of the street price.

It is built for fleets with 1 to 20 trucks. You can run it prepaid or on credit terms. Every fill lands in your inbox as it happens.

Your card is not tied to a single fuel brand. Discount pricing runs across the major cardlock and truck stop networks, so your drivers stop where the route makes sense instead of driving past cheaper fuel to reach one company's sign.

How do I control my drivers' fuelling?

You can also lock a card so it only works at your truck. Your driver scans a code on the dashboard with our app, fuels, and the card blocks itself again.

Do I need good credit?
No. Prepaid has no credit check. Credit terms need a short review of your business, and are offered on approved credit.
Does the card work in the US?
Yes. One card works in Canada and the US. US pricing is part of the pricing we agree with you when we set up your account.
How fast can I start?
Prepaid starts the same day your money lands on the card. There are no cheques to clear. Credit starts after a short review of standard trucking documents.
Is there a contract?
No. There is no contract and you can stop any time. If you do want to commit to a term, we can give you a better price for it. That is your choice, not a condition of getting the card.
Can I set limits per driver?
Yes. Litres per fill, litres per day, diesel only, and which locations a card works at. You set the rules per card.
What happens if a card is lost?
Block it yourself in the customer portal, which works on your phone, and order a replacement there. If that card had truck-verified unlock switched on, it cannot be used away from your truck anyway.
Fuel card or fleet card - which one is this?
Both names mean the same product. Owner-operators say fuel card. Bigger companies say fleet card. This card does both jobs.
