Partners
Partner with us
Your clients are already paying for diesel. If you work with small carriers, there is a fuel card conversation you are not having with them.
Who it is for
Who do you partner with?
Companies that already serve small trucking fleets and are trusted by them.
Factoring companies
You already fund their invoices. Fuel is the biggest thing that money goes on.
Dispatch services
You plan the routes. Where a truck fuels on that route is worth money to your carrier.
IFTA and compliance filers
You handle their fuel paperwork every quarter. You see exactly what they are paying.
Insurance brokers
You already sell the small carrier something they have to have. This is something they want.
Anyone with a book of carriers
Accountants, permit agents, equipment dealers, associations. If small fleets take your call, talk to us.
Resellers
If you want to run a card program under your own name, that is a conversation we are open to.
For your client
What does my client actually get?
Cardlock pricing at 2,700+ network locations across Canada and the US, with no card fees.
They know the price before they pump, because we email the next day's prices the night before. They see every transaction as it happens. Their card only works with their truck.
There is a prepaid option with no credit check, which matters for the clients you cannot place anywhere else. Prepaid fuels the same day - there are no cheques to clear. See how prepaid works.
Credit is available on approved credit, with limits set on review.
For you
What is in it for us?
We agree terms with each partner individually, and we would rather do that on a call than publish a number that does not fit your business.
Tell us the shape of your book: how many carriers, what size they run, and how you would want to introduce us. We will come back with terms against that, not against an average.
We are a small company and we answer the phone, so this is a short conversation rather than a procurement process.
Your name is on the introduction. We are not going to embarrass you with a fee your client did not expect.
Straight answer
What happens to the clients I send you?
We check their routes against the network before they sign anything.
If their trucks do not cross enough network locations, we tell them, and we tell you. A client you introduced who saved nothing is worse for you than a client we turned down.
Every fee is named before they sign. See what we charge.
Let us talk about your carriers.
Call 672-377-2828 or email cards@zylofuel.com and say you are asking about the partner program. We answer on business days.
